Shore Acres Inn & Restaurant

A 23-room inn on 46 acres with half a mile of private shoreline on Lake Champlain in North Hero, with the Adirondacks visible across the water. Rooms are in the lakeside building and the Annex, and an 1880s farmhouse rents by the week. There are two clay tennis courts, a pitch-and-putt green, the Shore Acres Restaurant and the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar. It is open April through October, and dogs are welcome.
