A 17-room inn on the slopes of Foss Mountain in Eaton with panoramic views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range, originally the home of Frank Simonds, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist. Kevin Flynn and Jennifer Kovach have run it since the 1990s, along with Max's Restaurant and Pub: 40 seats, open to the public, with a seasonal menu using local and organic ingredients.
